Shipping and Handling Rates for Online Album Orders
Shipping and Handling charges include base carrier shipping rates, handling charge (packaging materials & time), and insurance*.

If your shipping address is within reasonable distance of location of the lab (approx. 10-12 miles), you may be contacted via email when the order is complete with an option to pick up at our Clarks Summit location. You can reply to the option to have your order picked up or shipped. Shipping your order is the automatic procedure of all other orders received unless we are notified at the time of ordering in the comments box. If we are not notified of your choice to pickup your order in the comments area of your checkout or by an email sent to
within 2 hours following the placement of your order, you will be charged the s&h fee with your order. If you do pickup your order, any s&h fees that were charged will be refunded at the time of pickup. If the order was packaged for shipment before notifying us of your desire to pick up the package, your refund will be limited to the base carrier rate only. All pickup orders MUST be picked up within 5 business days after notification (call or email) or your order WILL be automatically shipped and charged the normal shipping and handling rate.
*Packages include free replacement in the event of damage or loss in shipping. The lab MUST be contacted within 5 business days of delivery according to the delivery tracking for the insurance to cover any loss or damage. In most situations you will be required to return any damaged items for full credit for the replacement items. You will be instructed as far as the return instructions which will include a prepaid return shipping label. In the event of damage, all shipping materials must be retained for coverage.
