DISC FILM SCANNING AND REPRINTING
We offer Disc Film High Resolution Scans (8mp image) to CD! Your disc
film images are carefully scanned directly from the negative through our proprietary
scanning process, and undergoes enhancement to give you the best scan
available from your film*. With our film scans, we also provide a free printed index
showing each image and file name.
DISC FILM DEVELOPING WITH FREE CD
With our disc film processing, we adjust the development to compensate for the
aged dyes of the film in order to recover as much as possible from your films. Although
we cannot guarantee results due to the age of the film, we believe our process is the best
hope that the film has for recovery of any images present.

*Because film dyes weaken over time, some color and saturation shift may occur, but we perform
as much correction to this as possible after scanning the images. If you wish to take any image to a higher level of
correction on your own, our scans are the best to start in that direction. If you are not having your order rushed (10 day
return option), plan on between 6-8 week turnaround time on either developing and/or scanning and reprinting. Just a note
for those of you wondering at the chance of success: If your disc film was stored in a hot area such as an attic or an outdoor
shed for even a month or two after it was used, your chances of good images as with any color flm in those conditions is down
to less than 10%. If your film, however, was kept in cool or moderate indoor conditions (closet, drawer, dry basement, etc),
there is usually an 80% or higher chance of recovery of the images on your films.

Disc Developing
& Printing Pricing** If
we are unable to recover any images from your disc film, you will only
be charged
the developing price, but not the image recovery cost. ALL Develop and Print Orders from unprocessed disc film include a FREE CD of all images recovered. If you want develop and CD only, please see next option below. Develop and CD Only (no prints) is the SAME PRICE as "Develop and Print with free CD". So, for this option, the CD is not free. The cost is developing plus the per image recovered price. The option can be checked on the order form (lower left corner of form). Shipping &

It
is extremely important
to the
safety of your images that you do not
bend the "clamshell" which holds the disc film before it is
processed. Doing so will break the light tight seal and fog the
film, yielding poor or no images printable. Also, be sure to mark
your shipments clearly - "FILM ENCLOSED - DO NOT XRAY". Although
only the most powerful XRay scanners may effect the film, may as well
be safe than sorry. You might add a
note that it is ok to hand inspect the package.
